The stationary post of technical observation

The stationary post of technical observation is designed for ground (above water) situation control, for detection and recognition of ground (above water) fixed and movable targets of different types in the real time at the distances up to 15 km. The article consists of radar module and tele-video surveillance system interconnected by the single control, processing, recording, display and data transfer algorithm. The searchlight unit provides the required illumination level afield (in the beam) allowing to recognize the targets at low light conditions. All day and all-weather capability of the complex is provided by the combination in it of the radioelectronic sensors operating in the different wave bands: SHF, IR and visible light range.
Complex includes:
The equipment of the complex consists of two parts::
1) Operator’s work station, power supply system and safety system are located in the heated spaces
2) Radar module and tele-video surveillance system are located on the special console which could be installed on the buildings constructions, facilities or on towers.

Tele-video surveillance system is produced in two versions:
- Low-level camera (day-night) combined with searchlight unit equipped with removable IR-filter.
- Low-level camera (day-night) with movable IR filter and combined with thermal imaging module.

Basic performance characteristics of the complex:
- Power supply system with automatic redundancy:
• from single phase mains of a voltage of 220 V 50 Hz;
• from UPS for 10 hrs of continuous operation.
- The article is provided with the possibility of petrol and diesel single phase power plants connection for a voltage of 220v 50 Hz or of additional power sources.
- The maximum power consumption of the complex is about 1400 W.
- Setup time at the positive environment temperatures don’t exceed 5 min.
