"Patriot-Okapi" is the mobile complex of the ground (surface) situation control, which enables to detect and recognize fixed and movable targets on the ranges up to 15km.
Complex includes radar and optical-electronic modules interconnected by the single control, processing, recording, display and data transfer algorithm.
All-day and all-weather capability of the complex is provided by the combination in it of the radioelectronic sensors operating in the different wave bands: SHF, IR and visible light range.
The complex includes: Navigation system:
satellite navigational GPS — receiver. Communication system:
VHF communicator.
Satellite communication phone. Power supply system:
Accumulator set.
Electric power station. Radar module:
Coherent radar station operating in the 3cm wave band. Optical-electronic module:
Thermal imager.
Video camera. Main performance characteristics:
The carrier vehicle of the complex is the off-road vehicle “UAZ-Patriot”.
The total weight of the equipment - max 350kg.
The power consumption of the equipment is about 900W.
As per stability to the external influence the equipment meets requirements of the group 1.3 UHL state standards RV 20.39.304-98.
Continuous battery operation time of the complex is not less than 8 hours.
No limitations for the continuous mains operation.
